Q. At what time should my child be at the bus stop each morning?
A. Students should plan to be standing at the bus stop ten minutes prior to the scheduled bus arrival time regardless of weather conditions.

In the classrooms…The last few weeks have been a complete blur as our students and teachers have been busy in all aspects of the school. Before our spring break we had our school sprit week. After returning from the break, we pulled together as a school community to help some of our families regroup and rebuild after the devastating storms that came through the area.

Good Morning Hunter Families, this is David Newkirk with the latest updates and happenings at Hunter Elementary.

Sorry for the last month of chaos.  Our computers were refreshed and before my antivirus program was updated I managed to put a virus on the website!!!  However, Mr. and Mr.s Sharma managed to repair it, so we're back in business.  I am working to update some of the new items, though it takes some time, so bear with me for a week or two.  Also, if you participate in a cool event at Hunter and want to post pictures or write a blurb about it, feel free to email me anytime.  You all know how much stuff goes on at Hunter, let's show the world!!!!!

Hello Hunter Parents!  We are off an running with another successful school year.  There have been three Open Houses and one more to go...Kindergarten is next Tuesday, Sept. 21st from 6 - 7.  We are starting off each of the Open Houses with a QUICK PTA meeting in the Media Center, where parents get a chance to hear about the PTA objectives and events planned for the 2010 - 2011 year.
