School Hours
Our instructional day begins at 9:05am and ends at 3:45pm.

Bus Transportation
Please discuss the importance of good behavior on the school bus. We have very simple rules to safeguard our students.
- Keep hands and feet inside the windows
- Out of the aisle
- Stay seated
- Use your inside voices

Cafeteria
Hunter operates a food service program which offers breakfast and lunch. Meals may be purchased daily or pre paid either with a check or autodraft. Checks should be made payable to Hunter Cafeteria and sent with your child. Children who qualify are served meals at reduced rates or free of charge. Applications for this program are mailed prior to the opening of school or may be picked up in the school office. Parents are welcome to eat lunch with their children. Please sign in at the front office and wear a Visitor's tag when you are in the building.

Carpool
Remember that you must enter the carpool loop from the West (downtown) and we expect all carpool students off campus by 4:00 PM.

Early Morning
Students are not permitted in the building before 8:45 AM. If you must drop your child off early, you must register him/her upon arrival.
