Students' success, as independent and responsible learners, is contingent upon the collaborative efforts of staff, parents, and community volunteers. These human resources provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing child-centered learning environment in which basic instruction is extended and enriched through diverse and divergent learning activities and the elective program.

Resource management assures the availability of appropriate facilities, quality staff training, a ready stock of consumable supplies, a wealth of teaching materials, and state-of-the-art technology.
