Governor Bev Purdue came to one of our Kindergarten classes on Read Across America day and read to them the beloved Dr. Seuss book, Oh the Thinks You Can Think. She challenged the students to read 10 books with their teacher before the end of the school year. After they met the challenge, the Governor invited the kindergartners for cupcakes at the Governor's Mansion!
